Ben did not read about the problem. He lived it. He worked short shifts, saw middlemen take huge commissions, and watched workers wait far too long to get paid.
TryKaam exists partly because Ben refused to accept that as normal. If someone does the work, they should get paid what they agreed on without mystery cuts in the middle.
Today Ben leads the business side of TryKaam: partnerships, onboarding, and the day-to-day experience businesses and workers have with the platform.
